ABOUT US Titan China Industries Limited was established in the year 1992 and is among the most experienced Manufacturer of Energy Saving Lamps in China. We have 400 employees and 35 senior technical engineers who work hard for the betterment of the product quality and development of the new products. With over 10 new items and designs added to our product line every month, we need only 15 days to finish the custom samples. Titan’s 80,000m2 factory has a production capacity of 2 million units each month. We are ISO9001 certified and all our products are registered with CE, GS, FCC, SAA, RoHS and other approvals. Our main export markets are Entire Europe, Japan, Brazil, Middle East, USA, and some other Asian countries. We work very hard for the Quality Control and have the strictest measures in the entire industry; each and every unit undergoes rigorous quality control checks for 5 times before it is packed in the color box or a blister. We have close to Zero percent defective rate, which is rare in the lamp industry. All levels of our employees are well trained and have a good knowledge of producing Energy Saving Lamp, when we employ a person who is not familiar with this field we train him for minimum 3 months and have a final examination process. Only after an employee passes our test examination, he is given a formal employment. Titan has invested heavily in modern and advanced machines; we have In-house automatic SMT machine imported from USA, Semi-automatic Tube manufacturing machines, Semi-automatic assembling machine. With the experienced employees, high tech automatic machines, and green-lighted environment, the final product coming out from the production lines are totally free from any defects. |
